We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our community services:

• Public Business Information: Business name, telephone number, address, category, and operating hours provided by owners or collected from public Canadian directories.
• Voluntary Submissions: Information provided when submitting a business, requesting an alert digest, or contacting support via WhatsApp or email.
• Site Analytics: Firebase Analytics may receive device, interaction and technical usage data after the site initializes analytics. We use this to understand site performance and feature usage.

3. How we use subscriber data

We never sell, lease, or rent user email addresses, phone numbers, or subscriber preferences to third-party marketing companies. Public business phone numbers are displayed solely for customer contact.

4. 1-Click Unsubscribe & Choice

Alert-pilot participants may request to unsubscribe or change preferences via the alert management page or by emailing info@tamilcanadianpages.ca.
